I havent heard anyone else complaining about this so im just assuming this is me being a n00b... but is there any way to get fear running at 1024x1280??? Ive used the config.exe and the graphics options in game but it doesnt seem to be supported.

i just put it on 640x480 and max out the antialiasing. put it on a lower rez like 1024x768 and use 4x antialiasing and the edges are silky smooth

ahh, yea thas what im running at the moment.... If i got it at 1024x1280 i dont suppoze id b able to turn on all the v.impressive shaders(with a playable FPS count), the feature that really does it for me is the Matrix style bullet trails. Its like your being put in an action movie.... cheerz for the advice

well, anyways..yes, there is a way to put it on 1280x1024
here:

Go to C\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Documents\\Monolith Productions\\FEAR

On the settings.cfg file copy and paste this in, or just type it in yourself, ofcourse make a backup copy on the original file incase something goes wrong:
