Heres a couple screen shots of my CPU showing you whats up with my PC. I bought the 300 dollar G Skill DDR2 800 yet CPU z says its running at 2:3 400 mghz and really bad timings..<br><br>
Also, when I boot my PC up it boots up so fast the post screen that shows you the memory check and your temps along with CPU speed doesnt even show up. Whats up with that?<br><a href="http://assets.overclock.net.s3.amazonaws.com/6/68/68a1b122_vbattach33169.jpeg"><img alt="LL" src="http://cdn.overclock.net/6/68/525x525px-LL-68a1b122_vbattach33169.jpeg" style="width:525px;height:420px;"></a><br><a href="http://assets.overclock.net.s3.amazonaws.com/3/3d/3d072cf2_vbattach33170.jpeg"><img alt="LL" src="http://cdn.overclock.net/3/3d/525x525px-LL-3d072cf2_vbattach33170.jpeg" style="width:525px;height:420px;"></a>

Set your strap to 533 and your timings to 4/4/4/12 for starters that should run you @ 1:1 What temps are you running at? and it looks like you need some anti virus as well as validating windows...

P5B Deluxe + Core E6600 + G.Skill 800HZ........well, try this: <br />
<br />
<div align="center"><a href="http://s13.photobucket.com/albums/a291/Coppi/001.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://s13.photobucket.com/albums/a291/Coppi/th_001.jpg" border="0" alt="" onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" /></a>___<a href="http://s13.photobucket.com/albums/a291/Coppi/002.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://s13.photobucket.com/albums/a291/Coppi/th_002.jpg" border="0" alt="" onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" /></a>___<a href="http://s13.photobucket.com/albums/a291/Coppi/003.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://s13.photobucket.com/albums/a291/Coppi/th_003.jpg" border="0" alt="" onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" /></a></div><br />
BTW, the CPU frequency, set it at 334 and RAM will be like 1001 and next you'll see the timings but before that, set the memory voltage to 2.30 because the P5B Deluxe undervolts the RAM and if you set it to 2.25v, it'll be 2.20 in Window which is not enough but at 2.30v (2.25v in Windows) RAM is stable. <br />
<br />

<br />
You can also use a 1:1 ratio if you want bu then the DDR2 would read 668mhz, exept you could run RAM latencies like 3-3-3-8 @ 2.20v.

The 400mhz part is correct. As for the timings, you may need to up the volts as suggested.
