Oh man... I've had this rig for a few years now, and it's never been 100% stable at 190x12.5. Well, I found my problem. Looking around in my BIOS the other day, I happened to notice that CPU-Z cited my memory timings as 3-4-8-4 instead of 3-4-4-8, where I though I had them set.
Sure enough, I get into the BIOS and my timings are 3-4-4-8, but I check the names and notice something weird. The board has timing settings in a nonh-standard order, swapping tRAS (usualy last) with tRP (usualy third). So, instead of running 3-4-4-8, I was trying to go 3-4-8-4, and the memory wasn't liking that at all.
I'm off to try to push it a little further. I'd love to break 200mhz FSB.
