Firefox Dispaly Problem

Sry, i didn;t know where to put it, but i figured i would put it in gen vidcard because it is a display issue.

I had to cold shut down my computer last night....i've been having prolems shutting it down ever since i reformatted my HD. Now, i turn it on this morning, and Firefox is jumping around like nobody's business. It's jumping when i'm not moving anything. and it's only firefox. I've tried reinstalling it and everything....someone please help here.
