How does this build sound, it should last for ~2.5 years, and will be used for gaming, some photoshop, and some video editing, as well as everyday tasks. It will most likely be overclocked.
The budget is around $950. Right now its at $871, without PSU
Any things I should change?

I would not buy a Rosewill case, as they are probably low quality. I would go with something like a Cooler Master CM690. I'm also not sure about your GPU choice. How expensive is it? Depending on the price, there is better bang-for-the-buck on the market right now.
change the case to antec 300 + Sythe Mugen 2 or the Dark Knight

LOL itz. This is an i5 build.

EVGA is too pricey for a GTX260. Unless they still do step-up. If you have the 180(cheapest EVGAGTX260 I saw) go 10bones more and you have the HD4890 which is better. And might sound redundant but make sure to get win764bit. Though, I think the RAM speed past 1333 doesn't make too much of a difference(correct me if I'm wrong). Outside of that it looks good. Maybe the N520 coolmaster CPU cooler or the Sunbeam Core Contact for cooling.

Nothing but the title says i5 so it looks like the OP has decided.

The GPU is $215, with a 10 dollar MIR, what else should I look at, the 5770? What other cards are comparable, and ill look into the cases.
Would these two cases be good cases to choose from?

Any idea on which psu?
And I have the 64bit in the cart, just forgot to post it here.
Thanks!

and nothing will utilize that crap for like the next 2 years.

For the motherboard get the asus p7p55D Pro or deluxe. great motherboards. my friend just got one and hes amazing. SO STABLE

The 690 is a better choice. Here is a picture of my cable management with my stock CM 690 (I only added a few fans):

I would look at a 5770 or a 4890. A 4890 can be had for cheaper than the GTX 260 you had picked and perform more like GTX 275s.
XFX 4890 on special for $198: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-438-_-Product

Power supply, I would get this:

$80 after a $30 MIR (and it's down from $170). Free shipping too. Solid power supply.

Well the 5770 is just a bit worse overall than the 4870 and farther away from the 4890, but two in xfire equals goodness. And 215 for a "OC'd" GTX260 is not a good choice. At that price you're almost at a 4850X2(232 at the egg) which eviscerates all of these mentioned cards. For the PSU I would say something 550Watts min and 12v ratings of atleast 25amps. You want modular?
So this is what I have now
CPU:
Core i5-750
Cooling:
Will wait for mugen 2 rev B
MOBO:
GIGABYTE GA-P55M-UD2(only one that keeps budget)
PSU:
CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7
GPU:
XFX HD-489X-ZSFC 4890
RAM:
CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Case:
COOLER MASTER RC-690-KKN1-GP Black SECC/ ABS ATX Mid Tower
Optical Drive:
SAMSUNG 22X DVD±R DVD Burner Black IDE Model SH-S222A
HDD:
Western Digital Caviar Green WD6400AACS 640GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5"
OS:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Does this sound good?
Thanks!

Get rid of anything "rosewill" like in the build and get a HD5770 instead of GTX260.
Ok first change the cooler to a dark knight
second change the case to a cm 690 or a scout
third change the hard drive to a caviar black or caviar blue

Not really knowledgable about hard drives... what's the diff between caviar black/blue and a regular hard drive? is there a premium on the caviars?
thanks

I'm torn between the 4890 and the 5770, should I go for power or for dx11? If I go for the 5770 I might be able to fit a better motherboard, but I dont want to sacrifice any potential power I could get with the 4890.
