In rush, and being the first mod/painting job I ever did on a computer case,
of course I did not catalog every step of the process and the result are only
pictures after the whole process.
The images before are the one I foung googling for the same model of the case
- gateway e4600.
In short:
- painted interior in red (chasis) and yellow (cages for harddrive and
optical drives, and fan grill on top)
- painted exterior red (front, back), / black (left, top, right)
- added window on top left side (red acrylic)
- drilled holes for cable management
- added rubber feet (possible future addition of fans on bottom?)(leg mods can be found here
http://www.overclock.net/case-mods-g...uter-case.html )
- changed power on switch
- added handles on top for easier moving/carrying
- put 2 80mm fans as front intake
- put 1 80mm top fan on top as exhaust
- put 1 120mm fan exhaust in the rear
All cuts were done with dremel xpr 400. Paining with Krylon.
