Hey guys, I just finished up my first build for my friend and everything went for the most part smoothly, until now when I cant install the nVidia driver for his 460gtx. Both the disc and the download from nVidia's site will load the installer, then when it trys to further an error comes up saying "could not locate any drivers compatible with your current hardware" and then closes down.

build specs:

mobo: Asus M4A89GTD Pro
cpu: AMD Phenom II x6
ram: Gskill ripjaws ddr3 1600 (PC3 12800)
gfx: Asus ENGTX 460 1 gb
Hd: WD 1 tb caviar black
psu: Corsair 650-TX
od: 2x Asus dvd burners
case: Antec nine hundred 2

Well turns out its a faulty gfx card, so ill be running my 5770 in for now since it recognizes it.
