Swiftech H20-220 Ultima XT
Had to drill some holes in HAF922 to allow mounting rad at the top. One of my fans also got a bit dremelled.
As for temps. Last night was ok. Got 69 deg. Checked my mount today, and saw I have a clearance issue on one of my caps around the CPU. See the 2nd one from the bottom.
Tried the spread method. Almost a big failure. Temps shot up to 90 deg!
Had a look. Ouch!
This block is HUGE!
Then slapped on a generous amount of TIM, and tried to mount it a little off center.
See how the middle 'bolt space' 'pushes' onto the cap
Anyways, this got temps down to 64 deg.
I am sure if I can get the block mounted perfectly, I could gain another 5 deg or so.
Compared to my H50, a 15 deg improvement in temps already
