Set up my first WC loop, very happy with performance, 25 idle and 33 load on my Phenom 720 x3 @ 3.72
. Nice and quiet too compared to air (Can finally sleep easy!).

Tiiiiiight!!! Looks great, makes me crave for water
How much did it cost you? Considering getting a block for your GTX260? And I cannot believe there's only a 5C increase from idle to load...INCREDIBLE!

Well since im a kid it was a very VERY gradual buy, i just took things as the deals rolled buy realy. In total id say everything cost around 100£ give or take 15£. The only things that were brand new in this was the tubing, hose clips and block, nevertheless preforms amazing IMO.
Will post some screens of temps sometime later when i can be bothered =D.
Also, im planning on getting a HD5870 so the 260 is gonan go however the next blocks will be chipset then gpu

Why?

Just because you're on water doesn't eliminate the need for air cooling in your case.

If you run your case open it helps, but my mobo temp drops by 10c at load when I put my door on (since it's covered with 4x120mm fans).

Noooo, you misunserstand. I am aware that running fans helps, very much needed in my case
. I meant all the air in the loop, there was a bit still in the res which took a while to come out but now its all gone
