Help!!!

I just installed an aftermarket cooler for my 8800Gt and a retention bracket for my OCZ Vedetta 2. Now it only makes a loud terrible sqeak. There is no picture at all but all the fans spin. Anyone know what the problem is?

Thanks.

Edit: Fixed, I just changed the RAM sticks from 1/3 to 2/4 and now everything is fine. Dunno how that fixes my problem but it did. Thanks everyone!!!

I dont know but if it worked before you did the work.
take everything off and back to how it was.
and slowly try to get your thing going the way you want it .

If you cant, the first thing to check is if your card is seated properly.
Also did you install the aftermarket cooler on your gpu correctly.
What kind did you buy for your gcard ?

No picture, the first thing to diagnose is your card.

I'll try placing the original heatsink back on. I got the arctic accelero. If i replace it back and it still doesn't work, then can i try to get a replacement from BFG?
Squeek or squeel?
Squeel can be made when the GPU install is problematic.

Check if the card is seated completely, and if not then id try to set it up back to stock then work from there.
