Hey guys, I messed up. I accidentally flashed my BIOS while having overclocked settings. However, everything seems to be running fine.

Is there anything that I should do now knowing that I did that, and why does everyone say to have default settings in the BIOS before your flash?

Default is usually the safe way to flash, flashing while overclocked may prove some instability if the new bios cannot handle the old overclock.

But if its working fine and installed without errors you should be fine, there usually very picky about that in the install

Every time I've flashed my BIOS, I've kept my OC on

If it is already done then you are fine. Like above stated, you want a stable system while flashing so there is less chance of system crashing and messing up the flashing procedure.

Remove the CMOS battery to completely reset it. Then enter BIOS, Set to Default Settings, save & exit then re-enter BIOS if it boots fine, and do your usual OC settings.
