I have an ATI 850pro, wondering how i will be able to see if the pipes are unlocked after i flash, and also what are the chances ill have a bad flash and **** up my card?

Also does this void warranty? im assuming it does.

I would not think a driver reinstall would be necessary. You still have the same core, just different bios. Should work.

How do i creat a bootable CD. I dont have a floppy and dont want to install it because its a PITA so that CD is a good idea but i dont want to use the PE bios and flash back, i have a bios i want to use and a flashmod i want to use. Can i make a bootable CD and put them on there like i do with a floppy?

yes, i downloaded it and burned it, but i look at the CD and nothing is on it, what i want to do is put my own bios/ flashrom on it.

I am under the impression with yours i have to use the PE bios and dont want to do that as those speeds crash even with the zalman cooler and i want to use an XT bios and leave it on the XT speeds becasue that is what its running at now and its perfect.

This might be a dumb qestion, but i looked at ur guide again and checked my "F" ATItool information to see if i could unlock, and i have an E at the end of the second line instead of an F, is there any reason to try, i have no problem trying if there is any hope. but if its for sure a no go, i guess ill leave it overclocked.
