I used to have a DSi and my favorite pasttime was messing with Flipnote Studio, does the 3DS have access to the DSiware channel along with this neat, free app?

DSiWare will be available on the 3DS in an upcoming firmware update, but that won't be until sometime in May. You'll be able to transfer content you've already purchased on a DSi or buy it right from the DSiWare Channel on 3DS.
