well, i'm already looking at getting one more system up as a 24/7 folder. Of course, I'm going to try to convince my wife that it'll be a computer for her to game on.

For a lot of people, myself included, folding is fun and addicting! It is also something that could potentially help people out because of the research that it is assisting.

thanks for the comments guys. It's interesting to sit at work and occasionally refresh to see that i've churned out another 1000 ppd here and there. Good stuff. My addiction now is wanting to set up more machines to do it...

I feel ya, I'm in the process of getting my 2nd machine set up strictly to fold. They aren't big ppd machines, just good enough to compete in the team competitions.

I figure, that isn't too bad for my sig rig to pump that out. I'm still not sure of the ppd is showing on the stats site for the ps3. I know I have the same username/team number in.

finally broke into the 15000k ppd club. In the top 200,000 folders and hopefully in the top 1500 for OCN. I can't seem to get the numbers on EOC and folding.stanford to match up... All of this with 2.5 days of folding for OCN.

either way, I consider it a milestone... that and I hit 50 rep.

yah, I've posted on the thread already. I misunderstood the thread at first read though (my reading comprehension was out taking a leak when I read it) and I posted a bit early. No one that has posted around the same time as I has received it yet, but it's no worry... Chipp is a busy bee. I'm pretty sure I'm sitting at 1477 right now.

I'm shocked to see the 7-day change puts me up +2,134 as of the latest EOC update!! ...and it seems to always be a bit behind what I see on the stanford stats sites.


3.5 days of folding for 27300+ ppd, top 1250 folders for OCN... and that's just with the sig rig + ps3. I can't wait to get the secondary system going.
