Hi,

I have a GTX 470 and it runs at 70c while running [email protected] I was wondering if this is save for long term usage? I use my computer up to 8+hrs a day. Is it save to run it at those temps for that amount of time?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Easily safe for 24/7 usage. The Fermi's are pretty solid in terms of heat tolerance so you have quite a bit of head room there. What are your clock settings?

I'm running 800/1600/1950 on my cards in SLI and while folding they are usually at about 74/70.

Yeah it's pretty much all about your shaders.
