For Overclocking - Antec?

Hello, I have a Pentium E2140 Dual Core which I want to overclock extremely to at least 2.8GHZ. I am replacing my mobo, graphics card and psu.
new ones should be : (Some p45 mobo) , HD5750, and the psu:

1) Antec TruePower 550W
2) Antec EarthWatts 650W

Which one should i get in terms of whether they will survive this overclock and last long (at least 3+years).

Maybe 550W may not be enough for hardcore oc, but again it has more amps than EA650

You should be able to hit 3ghz with that chip. I would go with the 650W, never hurts to have a little extra power. I overclocked my e2180 to 3.1ghz fine on a 500w, so you should be fine with either of those.

Corsair is great quality and good for overclocking. plus their 650watt will have plenty of room for other stuff.
Is it the TruePower New or the original TruePower?

If it's the TruePower New, then get that.

Edit: Both PSUs are totally overkill. I don't think that rig could take more than 200W at full load. With the 5750 and stuff, probably 300W.
A 550W should suffice for most any build.
whats the peak power for EA650?

Definitely get the TruePower New, then. The Earthwatts are decent, but they have some serious ripple issues if you load them higher.

The TruePower News are amazing. I'd take one over a Corsair TX model with the equivalent voltage easily.

Anyone used a Corsair VX550W?

They're very good.

Should handle a system with a quad core and a 5870.

You can't go wrong with Corsair. All of their products are good, especially their PSUs.
