Windows 2000/XP Beta

Today we bring you new ForceWare drivers for Windows 2000/XP, build 71.22 This is a beta set that was released by MSI originates from the French Station Drivers. Basically we ripped out all so called starforce entries of the .inf file to make this driver compatible with most NVIDIA graphics cards. If your card however is not suppoert, then please use (read the instructions) enclosed modified .inf file.

When compressed this archive still wass 23 MB, so we did some massive compression on the internal files and crunched this all languages driver set towards a lovely 15 MB. We could rip out all language support and do a 6 MB driver yet polls showed that you guys like to see international support included, so we did just that.

These drivers are the absolutely newest set of drivers available to this very date. Drivers within the archive show a 9 December compilation date.

We have virus checked and adware checked all files within the archive and all looks good.

Due to the nature of our compatibility changes we recommend you to install the drivers the old school way. This means you need to update your drivers through your driver properties, if you don't undertsnad this then don't even try it.

> System properties > Device Manager > Driver > Update

Please do uninstall your current ForceWare drivers properly

Try the 71.24 and bench 3dmark03 and 05, you will see a gain. If you have Halo or Doom3 use their time demos...I added 4fps in Halo and 2 in Doom going from 67.01.
