never go cheap with psu's they are the backbone of the system without one you wont get a stable oc go for a antec 550w!!!!!!!

are you going to do serious overclocking? moderate overclocking? no overclocking?

i dont understand why you are decreasing from 420 watts to 350 watts? plus this raidmax PSU isnt THAT bad, i havent had any crashes in a long time, or for no reason, im overclocked to 2.2GHz
