I want to see what it looks like before I put the info in and start getting info from US Smokeless Tobacco...

Wontonforevuh have you seen the flask yet, and if so, can you upload an image?

I didn't realize I had to be 21 to smoke

No you don't, but you do have to be 21 to drink in the states, thus giving away a flask is of questionable legality depending on state.

But it's a Thermos flask... I don't see why you need to be over 21 to have a Thermos.

It asks for way too much info anyway, not worth it for a flask.

I'm pretty sure it's a law that tobacco companies can't send promotional items to tobacco users under 21. But it's not just about the thermos, you have to be 21 to sign up for the website at all.

Still waiting on my black and mild smoker's jacket tshirt. Love my 2.50 off 1 pack x4 of Camels every month. Get a free pack of Natural American Spirit every month, after they sent a $20 gift card up front. Marlboro sends free Snus and $1 off coupons all the time. Tobacco companies are scrambling to get new customers and I'm reaping the rewards.

Werd, I've gotten the free lid and flask from them before. I don't dip, but I love free stuff. This is legit.

I don't believe that this is a scam at all but how do they verify your age by using your SS#? I know that my 2 sisters and I all have SS#'s that start with the same 3 digits even though we were all born in different states and years apart.

I have to agree that being required to submit your SS# is a bit odd. While the offer may be completely legitimate, that requirement alone raises a few red flags. It could simply be that the legislation in place now has gotten to the point that they simply cannot take any chances. Tough sell.

you sir are a tool.

it only asks for the last four digits, and it is not a scam.
