Never seen a Microsoft store...Looking now.
If I find one this is perfect, cause I was just about to install Windows 7 again tomorrow cause it got corrupted from my evil gtx 480 that brought it down.

Bah...nevermind

According to a post on Facebook, Microsoft Store will give away free copies of Windows 7 Home Premium to all visitors of their stores in Lone Tree [Colorado], Scottsdale [Arizona] and Mission Viejo and San Diego in California.

Edit your OP to include locations

Lone Tree, CO
Scottsdale, AZ
San Diego, CA
Mission Viejo, CA

Agreed and there are only 4 stores in the whole USA. I would have to drive half way across the state just to get to the one in Scottsdale. Don't have the time or money for it right now.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! There are only a couple microsoft stores, lucky for me I live right near the one in scottsdale! hahaha Gonna go over there today! wooooo!

There is a catch tho...you have to be one of the first 100 customers to say "Windows 7 was my idea." I already got a free copy of Windows 7 Professional 32-bit because I signed up for a Windows 7 Configuration class at my college...we'll see if I get up early enough tomorrow.

It's kind of silly that I live right by MS and there's no store.

How is this an online deal?

I wonder if you get a disc to take home...apparently it's only for laptops?

I live by the one in Mission Viejo, i think it was the first one they ever made, about 10 minutes away at the mall. But is this only for laptops? I'm hoping i could just go in there and come out with a free disk

I read the actual article and it seems like it may only be laptops.. And i don't even have a ride to the mall so i can't go check, i'll give them a call if i can find a number to reach them

What happens if he never replies and gets a bunch of keys with multiple laptops/pcs?

Also I thought this was limited.
