It's just a tag showing that you're part of the site. It's not a clan. OCN stands for OverClock.Net.

Well we arnt a clan as said. However you can join the Forums ..All it takes is for you to sign up as you have and have a look around and Obey the TOS ( Terms of service...Rules )

I think it should require 10 rep or something to use the tag, so people don't just register and post twice and use the tag

Its a way to recognize your forum buddies, I guess.....not a clan (as said above).
