I'm getting a Sapphire 5450 to run dual monitors on Newegg while I RMA my GSOD happy XFX 5870.

Can I pop in the 5450 and be ready to go or do I need to uninstall the drivers, install the card and reinstall the drivers?

everything should be good after one reboot.

drivers will detect it ok after you reboot.
