I am having an issue. I am using a 2 yr old Digital Storm setup and my front panel connector wont fit into the front panel header on the mobo. Is there a place I can order one that will fit?

How does it not fit? Just don't use that piece. You can still hook up the front panel connectors without it.

I'm assuming you had an Asus board before.

Front panel connectors are proprietary. There is no ANSI standard to pin placement. Asus uses a quick block so you don't have to mess with aligning jumpers in a deep corner of the case but that quick block can't be used on Gigabyte boards, because the pinouts are in different places.
