Fry's has a combo of Core i5-750 + Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3R for $220 - $30MIR = $190. Price good til Thursday. In-store only.

$195 - AMD Phenom X4 965 125w
$175 - GIGABYTE GA-MA790FXT-UD5P

Those two items are in my shopping cart, but after seeing your post...

Fry's on the east coast opens in 10 minutes, if you want you can call them and ask them. i really can't be bothered to scan the paper and none of the newspapers with online ads have it up yet.

I was planning on doing an i7-920, but given the fact that I will never SLI or Xfire, I couldn't pass up this deal, so I went down to Fry's and picked up this combo, its just too good of a deal.

Las Vegas Frys still had 8 left when i made my purchase.

newegg prices are
$140 - GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD3R
$200 - i5 750

340ish

i paid $235 out the store with a 35 dollar rebate on the motherboard

i don't plan to use the i5 750 so i might end up selling it here.

Just got back from the Fry's in Tempe, AZ. They checked stock and they have 60 procs and 50 MB's left. FYI.

There's 2 frys within 20 minutes of my house and they're OOS.

They were also OOS the last two or three times a deal like this came up.

im going to frys to get a better deal, even though they have this one

965 125w = $195 normal price everywhere, but!!!
OpeN Box: ASUS M4A79T Deluxe - $120

i would buy this for some OCN members, but i doubt the forum wants me to sell with this reputation

M4A79T has been $121 at Fry's for more than a month now and buying Open Box @ Fry's is a risky business. How much are they selling the 965 for? And personally if you got in on this deal quit while you're ahead, you don't sound like you know what you are doing too much.

965 125 = $195 just like on newegg

so do you suggest me look past the open box, and stay at home.. and purchase the mobo for $190?

i mean if i get lucky, that $60-70 saved = enough for a mugen cooler
