The memory tab of CPU-Z should tell you what your FSB
RAM is..if you dont have cpu-z then you should really get it

To modify your timings, in your bios there should be an option to change ram speed.

What you should maybe aim to do, is get the highest clock speed possible at your stock ram speed (which you will need to lower as you clock your cpu higher)

then up the ram speed until it crashes to find what it can handle,

other members here might be able to help you out more but that might get you started,
