In the bios of my foxconn mobo (socket 478, 800 fsb)
I cant krank up the fsb past 232

am I gonna need to hack my bios to get rid of this
or lock some other frequincies
ie pci/agp

If you have the option, definitely lock the AGP/PCI frequencies at 66.7/33.3 MHz. Overclocking around 10% generally will make the PCI bus unstable, and you're at 16% already. Locking those down may well help. Have you adjusted vcore, vdimm, and/or RAM timings yet?

Or, am I reading this wrong, and there's just not an option to go beyond 232 MHz? If that's the case, you're probably out of luck unless you can find a modded BIOS.

the bios wont let me go any higher
but since I can do a flash, and also export the bios
i might try to mod em

ive looked around inside the bios and im not sure about changing Vcore and all, but Ill keep looking once I get the new parts
im not touchin it again until I get the new stuff
