If you have the option, definitely lock the AGP/PCI frequencies at 66.7/33.3 MHz. Overclocking around 10% generally will make the PCI bus unstable, and you're at 16% already. Locking those down may well help. Have you adjusted vcore, vdimm, and/or RAM timings yet?
Or, am I reading this wrong, and there's just not an option to go beyond 232 MHz? If that's the case, you're probably out of luck unless you can find a modded BIOS.
