Fsc3220t

Just saw that the FSC3220T were on sale for 999 dkk or $200 and was wondering if anyone knew if it were of any good? It's a 22" with a 1920x1080 resolution and 5 ms. Ya, I know it's VGA but is DVI just that much better? Anyone who has one, what do you think of it?
