i say go with the Cooler Master Storm Sniper Black Edition
its a awesome case its a mid tower but it will fit all your hardware. if you wanna see how roomie it is take a look at My case build. as you can see if you look it had LOTS of room and the cable management is good and it stays nice and cool also its about $150

I very much enjoyed building in my case too, Coolermaster Cosmos S. They are right around your price range, and left me with plenty of room even after putting in 3 big cards.
ATCS 840. Best overall case in your price range; full aluminum, TONS of room to work with, flexible airflow configurations, and more than ready for a good liquid cooling loop to be mounted all internally.

This Silverstone is a neat case. I'm not necessarily lauding it, but it might be worth a gander.

I agree with the ATCS 840.

Apparently there is an issue with this case and multi-GPUs... due to the way the air is passed through the case, if you're using more than one graphics card, a pocket of hot air builds up in-between them.

At least that's what tacticat says.

Cosmo S is also my vote if you have that much to spend. They are amazing cases. I went with the HAF 932 and am still extremely pleased with my purchase. It has A LOT of room inside and the Cosmo S is a little bigger. The HAF 932 you can get for around $130 if you want an awesome case and want to save a few bucks.
240 dollars isn't cheap for a case... but I think you may like the Antec 1200.
