....wow ..........umm how they are they going to fit side by side?
Don't like that... looks awkward...
Hate to be the Repost police, but this is indeed a repost.

Very big money-waster on these sticks. I guess if you live in death valley without AC this would be a good idea.

I knew it would be. I checked a week back in the Intel ram section as well as searched "G.Skill DDR3", "Ramorb", "G.Skill Ramorb" and "DDR3 Ramorb" with no results. So if you know a better way, please let me know.

LOL, no thanks.

I've never needed any kind of cooling for my RAM except decent airflow in my case. The Pi heatspreaders should be enough for most people even.
This isn't the news section. My fault.

Someone posted this in the news section? LOL, thats why I didnt see it. Why would this be posted in news?

I personally would not want ram with those heatsinks. BTW, I did notice G.Skill has 2x2Gb DDR3 1333 ram from $125 - $169. These prices are really coming down!

I would never buy RAM with active cooling just for the sake of having the cooling (have never needed it yet), but if these weren't expensive I wouldn't shy away from them. I think they look kinda neat. Strange. But neat. I think it's more of a gimmick though.

rofl

I wish G.Skill would focus their efforts on making a nice compact heat spreader than dissipates heat well, not this stupidity or their oversized Pi silliness.
