Hey there guys,

Any idea where and when should these sticks be out?

I already registered to G.Skill forums, and am waiting third day for activation of my account.

Also, I wrote to their support a week ago and nothing,

Please advise,

With best regards

uplink

P.S.: I'm currently running 2 x G.SKILL F4-3800C14D-16GTZN G.Skill Trident Z Neo (for AMD) DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 3800MHz CL14 1.5V XMP 2.0 [that's 4 x 8GB alltogether]. I mean these mem's are great, indeed, but they're not peaking the Ryzen 5950X to it's max, I can see it :/ [all the tests and benchmarks, hurr durr]. These mem's were made for high end Ryzen 3000 motherboards :(

Cl14 3800 is better than cl16 4000 your current sticks will overclock better too. My 3200 cl14 kit does 4000 cl16 1.45 but won't do cl15 1.5. your 3800 kit will do 4k cl15 more than likely.

Hmm, so You think I should increase the timing and clock to 4k MHz and ramp up FCLK to 2K? It'll be better than 3800/1900 @ cas latency 14?

It's really gonna be a washout. Your not gonna get much. You pretty much got the best of the best unless you step up to like 4200cl16 or faster.

I c, I c...well. Yeah, it's a good thing that You pointed out, that the 4K mems are CL16, not sure why, but I thought they're CL14, whilst "only" 3800 MHz are CL14, which I already have :/.

When I have You "on line", You think that 5950X could get more performance from it's "somewhat" native OC on memory [that's 4000 MHz] instead of 3800 MHz? Even with higher cas latency?

Idk I'm not a amd user. Just someone that messes with ram overclocks alot. 3800 is the highest stock cl14 sticks they make.

I would go 4K c16 instead of 3800 c14 if you can run FCLK that high.

At least benchmark it, the benefits from the FCLK increase might counteract the minor latency hit.

You pretty much got the best of the best unless you step up to like 4200cl16 or faster.
Is a 2100 MHz fclk realistic though?

No indeed it isn't. But that's the only jump from where he is aka there isn't anywhere to go from where he's at. Tightened sub timings that's about it.
His ram should do 15-16-16-30 30trfc we ith tight sub timings

I agree, and no need to buy anything! :D

Tightening sub timings is very advantageous, I highly recommend.

Yeah, I'm not an AMD user too, but I always try the new gen. Dumped my 10900K, now am looking sad on 11900K. Z590 mobos are lovely, brilliant [design-wise], but 11900K, oh boy :/...Intel seriously needs to switch the production node from 14+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ to 10nm or less ASAP :(. I mean they're literally dyin' real-time :/ [in Desktop and HEDT sector ofc.].

TBT, I'm totally fed up with my AMD setup. I already tried Formula [which is in a box for now] and now I'm on Dark Hero, God, it's the same ****...and I know, no **** Sherlock, right? [on me :)]. I'm still thinking of getting X570 Xtreme from GA, but guess what...I've had it, she died in 7 days...7 focken days of life is what she gave :/. She had 3950X at that time in her. Sigh...

As an enthusiast to enthusiast, there's literally nothing to buy.

Btw. I've had 7900X, I killed it with LM spill [10 seconds it all it took to take off one damn SMD :(] :/, than I've had 7960X and I sold the setup to my friend, runs at custom water loop at 4.6 GHz all core [yay!]. Good old Intel [days are gone] :(

And now I'm stuck with AyMD [unupdated photos, with Formula], and AMD my friend...is pure pain :/

I wanted to see 690 pts in CPUz single thread on 5950X but stably, I'm able to achieve 620/630 - 650, with heavy, like heavy OC I saw 677 :(, well, so much for AMD glory...

Good luck.... Yea I'm staying on my 7900x setup for a few years. It's more than enough for gaming

If you can run 2100 FCLK that thing should fly!

Don't mean to thread jack, but if anyone can chime in on my Ram OC dilemma I would really appreciate it :)

Doubt that's b die. That's some pretty bad timings lol.
Its an old 32gb kit (2x16gb) 2018. That was best timing available back then. Bad timing but it is samsung b die. Confirmed with typhoon reader.

I just ain’t in the mood of buying another 500cad memory kit (thats a lot of money) or would buy an cl17 kit lol. Rather save that sort of upgrade for ddr5/etc.
