Yeah, they answered this in the FAQ the other day. All you have to do is buy the game and get all of the Vidmaster achievements (which hopefully they release newer, more difficult ones before/at the games release).

Cool. I'm not a big Halo fan, but I must admit it is a pretty fun game (although quite overrated IMO), and I definitely want to play H3: Recon.

Everyone can get recon armor? This is cool but kinda sucks at the sametime. Only a few people have rcon armor as it is now. They should make those people that got it from bungie their armor still have some sort of special effect or something to distinguish.
