There's a portion of MW2 where it takes place in a snow environment and is a completely awesome mission to play.

yeah but not to sound like a loser but i refuse to buy that game unless they implement dedicated servers without it it just seems like a rip off good suggestion though

Other than that, you could always try Crysis or Crysis: Warhead, they had lots of Snow missions.

12Sky2 if you choose Fujin all of their maps are snow. FTP too.

Since you didn't specify the genre of the game

A lot of Rpgs/mmo's have snow "levels" , like WoW(whole continent with snow

) . But i have a hunch you were searching for FPS's , so try CSS , lots of custom maps with snow.
Edit : yeah, Lost planet is your best bet
