Hi everyone, let me make this short.
My budget is 1500 CAD$ i can tolerate another 100 bucks.
PC mainly for gaming,i'd like it to run any game maxed out @1080p @60fps for next 1-2 years.

if your not going to do any video encoding, then a 4th Gen i5 would do just fine. Are you looking to water cool?

Water cooling the cpu only i'm looking to OC to like 4.2ghz

With parts that are out CURRENTLY, AMD FX-8350 and GTX 780 ... Build around those...

You processor is still more than capable. I suggest just an upgrade/rebuild. Take the extra money and go buy something generically Canadian.

Here's A vague outline:
Z77 or Z68 Motherboard $150 +/-.
SSD SSD SSD SSD SSD 250GB can be had for $200 or less.
GPU 7950s are disgustingly cheap less than $300 before the gov't takes their share
PSU 650 watts or so semi modular about $100
Some sort of Aftermarket CPU cooler. Coolermaster hyper 212 $30
Monitor $200
Memory 2x4gb kits are about $70

Sell off the other stuff or put an i3 in it with a cheap case and HDD and use it for something...

Edit: You I5 should be more than capable of 4.3 with proper cooling.
