Definitely.

You'd be able to play most games maxed out with your graphics cards at that resolution too.
more opinions please!
if i don't get more opinions, i am getting it!
YES! Nothing better than 2560*1600 gaming! Except for maybe 7680*1600 gaming, but that is for another day.

It's one sexy beat of a monitor, get it. I own the smaller 22' and 24' HDxxxx monitors and they are awesome

seems overkill for the price imo. personally id stay with a 23-24 inch. but a 28 inch would be sexy. id get a new card over that though

28 inch monitors even though big, has the same resolution as the 24inch monitor.

30 inch monitors have always been this expensive.

850 for that gateway is a great price actually, any dead pixels?

He dropped the price to $750 for me because i found out the monitor has a crazy failure rate. apparently then die right after the 1 year warranty, he had no clue and he has owned it for 1 year.

new question, would you do it?

here is the proof:

well??
don't get it, there will probably be plenty of other good deals out there. Its not really worth the risk, especially when there is no way to know if it will fail.
Not worth the risk bro, for a little more cash you could have a brand new one with a warrantee!
i have been talking to him, we are down to $600, and i might get to test drive it first. this will drive me crazy!
