Should this card show 0 Mhz for memory in gpu z?

ya. the memory of the onboard is taken from system memory
So will there be a major increase in performance if i go from 1 gb system memory to 4 gb system memory?
not a major boost but a boost.
I have this thing in an emachine that has a 200w power supply and only a PCI x1 slot. Is there another card that outperforms this one that i can upgrade to?
there are few cards that can use that bus (PCI X1)

are you sure there's no PCI, PCIe x16 or AGP slots on it?

EDIT: the powersupply is a little weak to put a powerful videocard on but you might get away with a smaller one
Have you looked in it? No way it only has only one slot and it's a 1x slot.
i checked and its only the pci express x1 slot
no pci slots?
just the pci express x1 and they placed a modem in it. So what gpu upgrade can i do?

Try to make sure if the board can use that x1 slot for graphics, otherwise you will waste money buying an x1 card that it can't use.
