It should handle GTA SA fine. Speed wise it will compare to the FX5200 or PCX5300 with dual channel, without dual channel it will preforme closer to a Geforce4 MX 440. I ran GTA SA on an FX 5200 at low settings 10x7 and it was about 30FPS. Also on a 6100 I ran a few games also, NFS:C ran on low 800x600 @ 31FPS, COD4 even ran low 640x480 @ 19FPS Average. So its not incable, just not meant for gaming on newer stuff. Older games it can do fairly well, MOH:AA ran @ High 12x10 on it, COD1 same.
Remember its a 2pipeline card, with 1 vertex shader and 1 rop though.
