Ok, this is my Video Card

http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProduc...150-066&depa=1

and this is my power supply

http://www.pcclub.com/product_detail...temno=A6213450

What happends is that when I start windows, a little window pops up and basically says that i have Insufficient Power going to my vid card, and that it will lower its performance so that it can safely run.

This happend on my 350w power supply, so I just upgraded to 450w ( and got a blue cooloermaster wavemaster case while i had the $) and it still doesnt work.

anybody that can help, it would be greatly appreciated. thx

hmm y'know how the cables from the psw are like 3 wads of wire and each one has like 3-4 outputs on it well i think you have to give the card a wad of outputs to its self. also how many harddrives do you have?
______o*___o*___o*__o*
/ ______o*___o*___o*__o*

psw--------a
\\ \\______o*___o*___o*__o*
\\______o.___o.___o.__o+-gpu

that's sort've what i mean

a=atx output o+=output being used o.=output not being used gpu=graphics card *=can be used or unused

i looked it up on some other forums, and i hear its a Driver Problem. the new drivers say there is a problem and the old ones dont. other people who had this problem had 400-500w power supplys, numerous configurations to get it to work, but rolling back the drivers worked for them, so im trying to find some old nvidia ones right now
