Without knowing exactally which it is, even if it is value ram it is sort of hard to tell you, but I would definately not go over 2.9 volts. My Geil DDR500 has a max of 3.1 and its pretty nice ram. Your stock volatage is probably 2.6 or 2.7 so try bumping it up to 2.8 and then run "Memtest" (google it) and see if you get any errors.

Good luck

I run it right now at 2.8v fsb 225 i can bench up to 230 but really unstable. I think it's TCC4 or something on chips, really cheap stuff i bought like year and half ago.

If it's TCCx it should do 2.8 ok but may be good to 2.9v but beyond that TCCx dont care for higher voltage than that!

Yep, my generic Samsung (pretty decent stuff) will run 2.8 volts no problem, dosn't really like 2.9 though.
