I don't know if this is a repost, I did a few searches on here and got nothing but I found fan tests on youtube by Cooling Technique.

A buddy of mine has 3 of the 5400's in his case. I make him unplug them when he brings his rig over. It's absurd.

These arent Gentle Typhoons, these should be called Typhoon AP-whatever

Like Ehume said awhile back, the GT AP14 is quiet at its max, and GT AP15 noise level is a bit noticeable at max.

Mine San Aces dont even run above 1500rpm.

Anyone know if the rheobus extreme would handle these?


NVM It seems for case fans these still lose to the UK 3K fans Though would love to have this on a tower heatsink

your fan controller can handle 30W per channel right?

If it is then it can, the power out put is 13.8W at full speed

That 5400 is insane. And I thought my 4200 Gentle Typhoon was loud..... I have 3 of the 3000 rpm ones and they arent too bad noise wise.
