Hi all.
CPU: 5930k
Motherboard: Asus x99 Sabertooth
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB 3000MHz (8x4GB)

I'm trying to get my memory to 3000MHz.
The problem is, when the XMP profile is set in the BIOS, its boots up fine and well, but I games would freeze and crash, and sometimes the PC would bsod.

I would have to change the DRAM to 2800MHz for it to be stable.
The XMP profile already sets the RAM to 1.35v and overclocks the CPU to 3.75GHz (which I lowered to 3.5GHz to see if it would help).

This is my first Intel build so I'm not too familiar with the voltages, what else might need to be altered to get 3000MHz stable?

Thank you! I followed the instructions and I managed to boot and run stable at 3200MHz! I only tested for 3 hours though.

It was not booting at all if the CPU frequency was altered in any way so I used the following settings:
CPU Strap = 100.
BCLK = 100.
All Core ratios = Auto
Memory strap = 100:133
VCCSA offset = +0.008
DRAM volts = 1.35
DRAM Frequency = 3200
