GFWL is terrible

I'm trying to sign up for Games for Windows LIVE so I can start up Fallout 3 without my CD and this is a joke. Finding the sign up option is a bit tricky, and then when you sign up it says XBOX which makes you wonder what the hell is going on, and then when you sign in it says page unavailable.

Also signing in on the program doesn't work.

Halp.

Didnt know you could run no cd from LIVE but you have to download the app to use it in games, not just log onto website if that helps.

Yeah but sadly the program won't work. I can't log in properly.

is the right after installing the game or is this after a while of having it installed already?
