That picture is way too blurry to tell what it is, especially since two groups of wires are present. The one on the left I'd hazard a guess at your power/reset/LED wires given the dual-pin connectors and wire colors, but it's hard to see what the one on the right might be.

Now that we have a new picture it looks like that's one cable harness, am I correct? If that's the case, then it's a fairly standard power/reset switch/LED cluster with the power/reset switch and/or possibly LED's still attached.
