Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P or EVGA 750i SLI FTW?

I'm currently in the process of RMA'ing my sig rig Mobo, and getting the refund... and I want to buy a new mobo.

I've narrowed it down to these two, however, I've heard that my CCF does not go well with the UD3P, and wanted to know if anyone had this combination and how well it's working for them and their OC's.

I'm looking for which one will give me better performance with my current setup, everything the same (except the mobo of course) in my sig rig.

Thanks in advance!

I had a 750i and sli, couldnt get 4ghz stable with the 750i so i went to the ud3p and only use 1 card now..well worth it
But what about my CCF? do you all think it will matter enough to not get it?
the UD3P is a great overclocker for Quads. Like one of the best. When I had my Q6700 the highest OC I got was 3.66 Ghz stable, I could bench 3.7 but that was the max, with my new Q9650 4.275Ghz comes easy.. all on my 750i. but with my Q6700 this board struggled for some reason.

I SLI so I'm fine with my board, but you might as well get the better board.. the UD3P. unless you want SLI in future get the 750i. or the 780i.
This is a tie. I have both and I have to say both are great. 705i Easier to overclock, UD3P higher overclock. Both very stable. What cpu and card will you be using? sli and xfire the deciding factor.

I think one of the best price point setups is 750i + another 260 55nm

Thus I'd go with 750

qx9650 on a 750 did 4 easy, without changing multi
In term of OC, UD3P is the way to go unless you plan on SLI.
UD3P is better in my opinion but 750 for sli.
