Gigabyte P35-DS3L for 65 shipped?

Good deal? I got a deal from another member, do you think I should buy or get the P45-DS3L board instead?

I just landed a q6600 and I got 4 gigs of dd2 ready to put in it. My board is crapping out and can't overclocking quads well at all.

Buy P35 or save up for P45?

I want a stable 3.2 ghz or higher at the end.
