that looks pretty sweet, i wonder if they have to give it the initial "push" up the hill in the same fashion that suction works

It sounds very interesting however I would like to see an actual picture or video.

The current picture is depicting what would be very useful for free energy. The article explains a little about not being able to use this for free energy however the water is creating potential energy, there should be a way to release said potential energy into something useful.
