Go into your bios, increase the Vcore to the max it will handle and the FSB to as high as it can possibly go with the mobo and the same with the multi. Im thinking a nice 5ghz for about 12 seconds!!

I usually just go up a little at a time, try 3.2 like selectodude said and see what happens. Check the temps after a little while at idle and wait for any crashes.

If everything works fine and nothing bad happens, just go up a little higher or until you feel you're right on the brink.
