Ok. So I'm looking for a power supply around $100, preferably lower or else I have to cut in the other components and replace those with something cheaper.

Some power supplies I have noticed:

Thermaltake Toughpower 750 Watt ActivePFC, Zwart, EPS12V - $125

Seems like a lot of power for $125, do Thermaltake even make decent PSU's?

Sharkoon SilentStorm 535 Watt ActivePFC - $90

Antec TruePower Trio 550 Watt ActivePFC - $95

And other suggestions are welcome of course.

Unless your going to upgrade to a C2D system or anything an Antec TruePowerII 550W for around $80 would be perfect for your rig

Thermaltake makes great PSU's. My 12v rail is extremely stable even with 2HDD's and 3opticals running, as well as 3 case fans and a dual CCFL inverter. And I only run a 480W TT Toughpower.

Been running great for 10 months now

No but I might upgrade to a DX10 card in Q2 of 2007. Will check out the price on that Antec PSU here.

Edit: it costs $98, a little pricey considering the TruePower Trio is 3$ cheaper?
