The Gigabyte EP45 UD3P. There is also an SLI hack for the board so you can also SLI with it.

SLI really isn't important because I have a feeling that nvidia is going to epic fail this generation. I'm just going to pick up a 5870 or two after Christmas.
Alright, if you do decide to SLI give Ghostleader a PM. He is one of the guys that got SLI to work on the UD3P.

Definitely the GA-EP45-UD3P, it's one of the best LGA 775 boards (might even be the best)
If I needed a new mobo, I would definitely choose the UD3P (or the UD3R, same but without 2nd PCI-E slot for Crossfire)

This.

There are no s775 board which natively support both SLI and Crossfire, so this is the next best thing. And because it is the GA-EP45-UD3P, you know that you will be able to over clock until your heart's content.
