Looking for 4 rail or less.
Good and cheap don't really go together. I'm also still not sure about that ePower that was linked to. And the number of rails doesn't really matter.

But why do you need a 1kW for that rig? A good 650W would be plenty.

The cheapest ~1000W that is actually good would be this (review). The cheapest 1kW that has passable build quality and isn't dangerous would be this (review).
Some time when I try oc the cpu too or over 3.8 it says something about voltage gitch. So I was thinking if I had a bigger psu then it shouldn't gitch.
Your current PSU should be more than enough for that setup. I really doubt the PSU is the culprit. Unfortunately I am not very knowledgeable about AM3 mobos/CPUs and the OCing of them. Maybe if you can give some specifics about your issues someone else can help you.
Good, cheap, and 1000w power supply don't really mesh together.

Stick with your current PSU.

Me too. I'm very knowledgeable on AM2/AM2+/AM3 mobo. Should be little difference I thought.
