in the market for cheap good ram. idc what speed, i have pc2700 now, so anything better'll do. i'm goin with an abit is7, if that helps. budget=100$...so if anyone finds any deals, me=totally open. also, DDR memory...obvously.

Might want to check out PDP Systems memory. I had 256x2 on my old system and I was very very pleased. I made a review in the hardware review section.

89 bucks for 256x2 PC4000 @ newegg.

Go with Corsair Value Select. That stuff is great! Just make sure that you pay attention to the Latency. It comes in 2.5 and 3, for almost the same price. (2x256=$75, 2x512=$145).

I picked up 2 sticks of 512mb Kingston Hyper PC3200 at Fry's Electronics for $95 a pop. I'd definitely recommend that.

They look great too, they have a blue Heatsink on 'em!
